Tuesday, August 7, 2007
I just came across this website and wanted to share it with all of you. I was looking for unique and fun candy station ideas for a beach wedding theme I am doing and whaola!!! They have the cutest foot print lollipops and at a GREAT PRICE! We will put these in a large clam shells lined with sand from the local beach where they first met!
Sold in bags of 120 for only $42.00 -Twinkle Pops are just plain fun! A solid crystal looking pop in mixed colors and styles with a 12" flexible stick.
Here are a few other images which would go perfect at any wedding candy station. The hearts say it all...LOVE! Any wedding can have a LOVE theme throughout ! A sure crowd pleaser for all your guests. SOME Ideas:
- Make custom printed tags with words like; CHERISH, ROMANCE, LOVE, ADORE, FOREVER, DELIGHT, DEVOTION, etc. and attach them to these sweet tasting lollipops.
- Want something cute and silly, then name all your guest tables after famous love birds! To name a few: Romeo & Juliet, Barbie & Ken, Adam & Eve, Marge & Homer Simpson, Lucille & Desi, John & Yoko Ono, Sonny & Cher and more. Check out this website for more ideas. famous-couples.com

- Don't want to do the bouquet and garter toss. Instead dedicate the toss bouquet and a bottle of your favorite bubbly to the couple who has been married the longest at your wedding! Your MC and coordinator would have some great suggestions on how to execute this.
- Have two signature drinks at your cocktail reception named after love. A blue drink for His and a pink drink for Hers...
- One other great LOVE inspired theme is top your cake off with a beautiful double heart swarovski cake topper. A great resource. http://www.advantagebridal.com/doheswcrcaje.html

Here are some great tips, links and pointers on how to personalize it for your SPECIAL Wedding Reception. TIP: See if your Florist has some glassware you can rent for the Candy Display or using fun glassware and silver that you borrow from family and friends. Just make sure it goes in line with the entire feel of your wedding.

A GREAT TIME to do the Sweet Display is if your Wedding Falls around, Valentine's, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas. Personalize the Display to your COLOR SCHEME, SEASON, and what kinds of candy YOU LOVE!
