Since you are doing a slight Spanish feel to your wedding day, let's go with that. here are jus t a few suggestions and FUN ideas I have for you.

IDEA #1

It is customary for the Bride and groom to hand out gifts to their guest at a Spanish wedding. The Groom generally will hand out CIGARS to all the males. The bride on the other hand is typically known for handing out either hand-held fans or soap to all her lady guests. So if you go off this IDEA. I suggest instead of one escort card table do two smaller ones. One for the gentlemen and one for the lovely ladies! FOR THE LADIES: Have your linen on the table topped off with some lace to match your color scheme. Lace is a very big part of a Spanish wedding. Buy simple sandal wood fans (cost approx. $1.00) and embellish with a simple escort name tag and ribbon.

Top off the ladies table with lots of long stem red roses bound together with ribbon, like they were just cut off the branch , rose petals and lots of candles. You can also add a few more expensive & traditional fans to finish of the look.(put upright on stands)

Or here are a few simple ideas for soap

I have this soap in my inventory FOR THE GENTLEMEN: Stay true to the linens you are using for your wedding at their table. Get some extra cigar boxes. Fill each cigar box with uncooked brown rice stand cigar upright in ABC order. To finish off the tabletop add a few cigar cutters and same lighters which have been engraved with your monogram.
